A. Dear parent, weight of 13 kg is a normal weight for 3 years 9 months old baby girl, don’t worry. For healthy weight gain, you can give eggs and non veg foods. At least 500 ml of full cream milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
