my daughter is 3 years and 6 months old, her weight is 11 kg. whether I need to worry. still I m breastfeeding her. is it OK?

A. Ideal weight of a 3.6 years old girl should be between 13.8 to 14.5 kgs depending on eating habits and physical activities. You should include fat and protein rich foods in her diet to increase her weight alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. You should now stop breastfeeding the baby as she is old enough to have cow milk and her body needs to adapt to it as well otherwise, it will be difficult for her to digest it in later stage.
