my daughter is 3 years and 2 months old she had dysentery in the morning so we had given lomotil tablet does it creates any problem to her and only one tablet is given and stopped

if the child is not having any complaints kindly leave it but if the child is irritable along with abdominal distension and vomiting then kindly rush to the doctor
