My daughter is 3 years 8m old she is suffering from fever and cough.. while sleeping she cough so much what medicine should I give her... I have given asthalin serup but still same ..

give her lots of fluids to flush out toxins from body, give littke upright sleeping position,
feed dome ajwain water with honey, it will help her in cough.
