my daughter is 3 years 5 months old. wo ache se khana nahi khati na dud piti h koi sabji nahi khati na koi fruit khati h bs kabi kabi thoda apple kha leti h eske elawa use kuch acha nahi lagta agar roti khilati hu to use ph chahiye hota h ph dekh ke thoda bohat khati h bs. plz guide me

A. Fruits can be given in the form of juices or milkshakes, for vegetables you can give as soups or even add veggies to sambar or other curry as well.. Slowly introduce to them as snacks with the combination fo fruits. They may start liking it.You can nuts to your little one. Nuts powder can be made homemad added to milk, juice or even in foods. That's so healthy. Dates syrup is also very good and healthy. You may give avocado that's is loaded with lots of benefits and helps in healthy weight gain
