My daughter is 3 years 22 day old , she often claim that she have leg pain when ever she walk or play. pain persist below the knee or ssome time at knee. Her weight is 11 kg

A. Growing pains is a term used for leg pain that is common in children aged 3 to 12. It's harmless and usually gets better on its own. The pain can be treated with painkillers like paracetamol.
