my daughter is 3 years 10 months. she had fever she was on augmentin 625, calpol, and cherricof ls. does having these medicine causes vomiting. to remove the chest congestion

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .here thereafter you can consult with your doctor and get further suggestions regarding the query to clear all yhfour doubts in proper way which would be helpful here .
