my daughter is 3 year old her body temp not getting down to 99.8 or not getting high? is it normal

A. hi it happens when body is trying to fight against mild Infection please keep your child well hydrated avoid giving outside food don't force feed or overfeed your child maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner make sure your child takes enough sleep
