my daughter is 3 year n 5 month old..her weight is 10.8 kg..she has been ill for sometime..she roti sabji egg chicken but not gaining weight properly...dr have done checkup...she is fine..what can i do...she is thin..but she is active...and she is very cranky

If you only a few minutes to prepare a meal, try simple meals that include a protein source, whole grain, fruit, vegetable, and dairy. For example, a turkey or peanut butter sandwich, a serving of carrots, an apple, and a glass of milk.
