Q.
My daughter is 3 year 8 months old but don’t take proper diet. She don’t take proper food but asks for other things. Her height is also not increasing and weight is also stable since 8 months. Plz suggest how to increase her interest in this and solution for height and weight

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. it is very important to meet your doctor to confirm whether the weight and height of the child is within normal limits or not and to know if child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency because that can lead to loss of appetite. offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child give plenty of water to drink and juice extrracted from fruits which acts as natural appetizer if the child is not allergic then you can add dry fruit powder as well as ghee to the diet which will help in improving the calorie and protein in the diet. go through different diet plan as well as recipes which is present in firstcry application.
