my daughter is 3 y and 7 m old .. she had a scratch from dog also got vaccinated.. after vaccination can she sleep??? pls suggest

A. hello parent yes she can take a nap please mention why did you get this out maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with lukewarm water
