my daughter is 3 months old. Iam a feeding mother and am having severe fever 100.5.what should I do? can i take dolo?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. yes you can take Dolo 650 it's safe gfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
