Q.

my daughter is 3 months old and she breastfeeds hardly for 5 to 10 mins. I have had consulted my doctor and he says that its normal. he has advised me to continue with breastplate only till the baby turns 6 months old. my question is can I give her anything else now aprt from breastmilk ? please advise.

A. Yea it's fine. follw the feeding schedule feed baby every 2-3 hours during the day time. It's important to do this. And night hours feed every 4-5 hours. Night hours it's fine to leave baby sleep for a while because as food, sleep is also important. But don't wait for baby to cry just feed frequently
