My daughter is 3 months 4 days old now. She is having watery like motions atleast 4-5 times a day. I have already given her gutgain for 6 days and z&D drops also. But still she is passing watery like motions atleast 4-5 times a day. Sometime the quantity is less and sometimes it is more. Please help. i am attaching a stool report and also a picture of her motions to see its consistency

Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like  fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite .
supportive treatment is very necessary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that prrobiotic can be given like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose .
Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .

I Think it may be due to some stomach infection where half of your report is not clearly visible and some part of the report is definitely visible so I believe that will probably be due to some infection but since the entire report is not visible to me I would advise you to get it checked with your doctor ones
