my daughter is 3 months 23 days old, she is having cold and sleeping alot is it normal

If you are giving any medication it could probably because of that only because these medicines have good amount of paracetamol into them to make the child sleep well and make the infection or allergy subside that way so yes if the child is sleeping because of that that’s completely alright
