my daughter is 3 month old and she not sleep in night I want she wake up in a day and sleep in night how can I change her pattern. #AskTheExpert

Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfgortable with no irritability because otf infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning for a couple of months it is common for small children to have upside down sleeping routine as the child will grow you will notice that the problem will get automatically resolved
