my daughter is 3 and half months old from last 15 days she is pooping green and sticky watery poop what to do...??

Dear Mommy, Even my ,3 months 23fays old son is facing the same issue, he is prescribed Sporlac SP sachet (I give in BF not water,) Feed him more frequently to eliminate the possibility of dehydration and Walamycin syrup 5ml.for 5days. And he is recovering, to eliminate the reasons of any sever infection we got his stool examination and it has come normal as per doctor.
