my daughter is 3 and 4 months old she is having problem with passing potty.

A. at this age the child should pass stool regularly. if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation. give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruitsf avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined food adding pafpaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.

A. Prune juice – this is a mild, natural laxative that works in some children. Prune juice may taste better if mixed with another juice, such as apple, apricot or cranberry juice. You can freeze prune juice to make icy poles. At least three servings of vegetables each day.
