my daughter is 3.6 years old she is tooo weak please suggest me tips to improve her wait, am also lose in wait

A. No need to worry. By this age your daughter must have started eating so please don't look for supplements. What I am giving to my daughter you can apply the same if you think it's right for your daughter. Apart from other regular food I am giving my daughter the same. A. Hello Include nutritious caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts, til seeds, coconut egg, avocado, paneer , in childs meals for healthy weight gain avoid fried, junk. bakery, sugary foods.
