What I am giving to my daughter you can apply the same if you think it's right for your daughter.
Apart from other regular food I am giving my daughter the same.
Milk With Horlicks - Twice a day

Include nutritious caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts, til seeds, coconut egg, avocado, paneer , in childs meals for healthy weight gain
avoid fried, junk. bakery, sugary foods.
