Q.

my daughter is 3.5year old and she is eating only plain idali and dosa and my main concern is she is not trying new food or fruit or anything so can you help mi please.........How I can try new food?

A. Hello mom their comes a phase were in they become rigid and avoid any change . dont force though , you can try to add in flavours to it , so be it like make suji idli , you can add in vegetables to , or you can also make vegetable puree to the idli batter and make colourful idli, so be like carrot, beetroot or day spinach etc
