my daughter is 3.5 month old,she takes feed from cow milk, she is regularly shakes his hands and legs, but can't recognize me people still, is it normal thing or not, if normal than in which time she will recognize people

A. it could take up to two months. Your baby's vision will continue to improve throughout her first year. By the time she's 8 months old, she'll be able to recognize you from across the room.By 3-4 months of age, a baby recognises the parents, and the vision keeps improving with each passing month.
