My daughter is 3.5 month old,her stool is greenish watery nowsdays Can u please suggest me what should i have to do?

A. Teething or stomach infection maybe the reason as that is the most common reason to b seen so better to check with the doc once for the right reason so that u can chek with it accordingly and can help u with right medication as well
