Q.

my daughter is 3.3 year old and sleeps only 9.0 hrs everyday..but at this age minimum 10 hrs sleep is required..please suggest how to improve sleeping..

A. every baby has their own sleeping pattern which keeps changing with age,only after 5-6 mons of age you can establish a regular sleepr cycle gradually with time n age. A sound sleep of 8-10 hrs with a proper diet is sufficient for child's health.

A. Its Absolutely normal if you go by that a child should sleep for a minimum 12 hours in a day and they said if your child is sleeping during the day time also in night time is about nine hours at a stretch then that’s good enough otherwise if your child is active with the nine hours sleep also it’s absolutely fine
