my daughter is 2yrs old..started tething around 1 yr of age..has 12 teeth..since last 4 , 5 mnths there are phases which seem like teething but there is no eruption..she is irritated, gums are swollen..oral hygiene is good, brushes twice...plz expert opinion needed
