My daughter is 2yr 7months, rashes and reddish in baby hand please help us

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination.
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lorrtion can beh done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please maintain proper hygiene and also apply coconut oil on daily basis and also apply mamaearth baby rash cream as it is very effective and natural.
