my daughter is 2yr 10month old ..wo 2 times chapati khati h ek dupehar ko or ek raat ko ..uske 1 chapati theek h ya usko 1 se jyada khani chahiye 1 time mein..plz suggest.

A. hi mom if she is eating 1 and doesn't want more don't force feed her can give small frequent meals give egg or chicken or paneer or dal or curds
