my daughter is 2yr 1 m old but she didn't speak and only said a few words like maa ,hi only and even not making eye contact with me and always lost in their own thinking I tried to speak with her but she didn't listen . should I be concerned about this

You should be more than concerned about it because when the symptoms are seen with a child it’s a very clear indication that the child has not taken the growth as per the progressing age like a child behind in terms of understanding and taking the growth of the child has in this age because I’ve been through it personally myself which is why I am suggesting you to visit a doctor get your child examine also at the same time looking at with what you mentioned I think it would be a good time for you to start with the homoeopathic treatment as well
