my daughter is 2yers old.she has fever since 3days...how to reduce temperature of her body.giving paracetamol syrup for 6hours

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr. can give paracetamol and repeat after every 6 hours if required again
