Deepika ChakrabortyMom of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. my daughter is 2years old. last one week her body temperature is always fluctuate it's more than 98.6 degree. I gave him paracetamol syrup two or three times. mostly after evening the temperature of body raised. why it's happened it's normal fever or something else?
