my daughter is 2years and 6 months old . she is not gaining weight. her weight is approximately 12 kg. she eat properly. What should I do?

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom..get her dewormed. give prescribed medication and use Babyhug medicine dropper to give medicine to baby. still if she is not gaining please consult your paediatrician for proper diagnosis and treatment..give her well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits.
