my daughter is 2years 7 months old...her motion is tight and she struggling while pooping..give me a suggestion ..she is eating biscuits ..is this reason for her cause?

A. Hello parents,good evening This is common at this age group.give plenty of oral liquids to your baby.give fibre rich contain food to baby.avoid maida products like biscuits.keep the hydration well
