Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
Eating forcefully can sometimes cause irritation in babies, therefore, try to make it a fun time. Serve in a kiddie bowl, plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range and give in different shapes and colors. Play with her while feeding and if needed, feed in a separate room and away from distractions.
