my daughter is 2month 30 days as today is 4 days still she had not done the poo and she is only on breastfeeding so what is the reason and home made remedies

A. don't worry, breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowl movement is ok ay.
