Q.

My daughter is 22 months old and I think she has sprained her ankle. I can clearly see her blue vain on side of her ankle. How to treat this sprain and pain.?

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving a light cold compress on the affected area. Give turmeric milk to reduce inflammation. Get your child personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil for better skin health.
