at first , please avoid giving commercial food products like meggai or anything.
if possible stop buying these type of food items even for your whole family .
because children are like sponge they absorb what they see.
instead of it,prefer homemade healthy food or natural options.
for example
offer sheera,rab,besan or dates ladoo etc.
make food presentation attractive.
for example
prepare dates Ladoo but in different form like present it in lollypop shape along with dry cherry
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in healthy food items.
tell stories which explain benefits of healthy eating.
