My daughter is 2 yrs and 4 months old, but her physical growth is not good. Her weight and height is still same when she was 1 yr old. please suggest me

A. same with my son and many of my friends kids..after one year their growth rate will be slow .don't worry much

A. For this awful physical assessment of your child would be required with you doctor they actually are going to check it on different para metres and accordingly they can help you what is the problem and what is needed to be done so please consult your doctor regarding this
