my daughter is 2 yr 7 month old.. she neck and hand is black , which one remedy or cream is best

A. Make a mixture of milk and white bread and that’s what you can apply regularly on to the affected skin area leave it for about five minutes and gently scrub and wash it off you should do it every day one time hopefully it is going to give you better results
