Hi.. my daughter is 2 and half year old.. she is dusky in colour but her neck is pigmented black..im very much worried about it,please suggest any home remedy or do i need to consult a doctor...

Maintain hygiene
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply lotion cream twice daily
Apply gram flour turmeric mixture
It’s also depends on genetic factors and environment factors
