My daughter is 2 yr 4 month old and her weight is 14.5 kgs. how do I increase her weight?

A. Hi, the weight seems to be good. Instead of three meals you can give five meals in a day in a smaller quantity and in a smaller intervals. Give lukewarm water when you’re feeding something to Baby which helps in good digestion. Also include buttermilk, fresh fruit juice made at home, coconut water, milkshakes. You can start giving all food which you prepare at home but make sure it is less oil and less spicy. Avoid snacks. And take your baby out to play for about one hour in a day and expose your baby to sunlight.Write Your Answer Here
