Sowmya MMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. hello actually it is quite natural in girl babies you have to make sure you use cotton wear cloth as well as you diaper free for sometime at least and apply some natural coconut oil to the outer part or else you can use castor oil also
