ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. parent your kids 2 years old the height of the child is determined by the genetics of the parents and growth spurt usually occurs by 8-12 yrs of age , involve the child in sports concerned with jumping like skipping basketball volleyball etc give iron and calcium rich food supplements like green leafy vegetables seasonal fruits dry fruits etc
