Hi mommy Give some light food fruits vegetables juice khichadi cereals curd rice milk products etc Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems
