my daughter is 2 years and 3moths old I need a diet chart for her, she wakes up at 9 o clock and sleeps 12 o clock

A. Hello mom first of all maintain a routine is very important it would be overall helpful for you and even the child . At this age it’s also important that they don’t sleep very long naps in the day time otherwise the night schedule would be effected . Also by now usual family foods and also 3 main meals and 2 time snacks is very much important.
