My daughter is 2 years 4 months old. She always tells when she wants to poop but always pee in the pants.What should I do about it?

A. it is absolutely normal in the babies because they cannot hold the urine passing but they can't hold for sometime passing of stool naturally baby cannot tell you when she will be passing urine
