my daughter is 2 years 4 months . I have never given her milk directly after she weaned off at one year . I give her milk with oats n other stuff. is it a compulsion to give kids milk? any other substitutes for calcium

milk and dairy products you should give to baby..
try adding dry fruit as cashew almonds in paste or powdered form and serve..
or you can add health supplement as Horlicks pedia sure complan Bournvita..
