Q.

My daughter is 2 years 2 months old . She is a healthy , active , smart girl . She is a fussy eater though but still eats when she wishes to . She is 10 kg and 90 cm . I am worried about her weight & height . How do I make her gain a bit in both the ends .

A. you focus on growth. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. Hi The child is having a very good height that I can assure you but wait is definitely less I would advise you as of now increase the amount of proteins into your child’s daily diet 1st to try to figure out as to what all that’s what I like to eat then after that it would be easier for you to manage those things only that your child likes to eat but you can always increase the amount of protein that is very very important and good
