my daughter is 2 year old and weighs only 10 kg. is the weight OK or needs some improvement. suggest some food as she reluctant to eat. only drinks milk.

A. Dear parent, weight of 10 kg is absolutely normal for 2 years old baby. For healthy weight gain, give a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Give can give all family foods to your child the way you prepare at your home. You can give eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Eggs Seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Dry fruits like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts. Milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
