Q.

My daughter is 2 year and 4 months old ,she is oly 10 kg as of now and she is very light wen we carry compared to other kids of her age .But she eats all vegetables and fruits and every thing we give and other activities are very normal she is very active in other activities and all .

A. the weight of the baby is fine the no need to worry if your baby is active and achieving the developmental milestones on time. After 1 year 9f age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy. Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis. Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.
