Q.

my daughter is 2 year and 3 month old. she was born premature weight 1.6 kg weight. he was diagnosed with anemia and lack of calcium as i too had d same issue. what diet should i give to her so that iron and calcium in her body is maintained.

A. Hello mom firstly check for her currently reports and only if required give her supplements . Homeopathy also has good supplements that does not harm them much . But only on prescription. Next coming up to diet for iron and calcium , give her dry fruits , milk and products, millets ragi , bajra etc . Dals and legumes , dates , apricots , raisins , non veg if preferred give her organ meats , sesame seeds, banana , apples etc beans , green leafy vegetables, pumpkin seeds, soya beans etc
