My daughter is 2 month old... unfortunately I have fever today (100.2) is it safe to feed breast milk to baby or not.. plz suggest me some medication that i can have

A. nowadays the fever due to Omicron variant is on the Rise so you need to get tested mean while cover face with a mask when you are breastfeeding the baby
